In the role as Front End Tech Lead you will develop and help E.ON to push technology forward and change how our customers use, explore and interact with E.ON on its digital channels. You will provide technical leadership working with one or several teams and act as an expert in different forums, promoting best practices to the group. You will be a problem solver with technical IT expertise to design and develop systems to resolve business needs. At E.ON, we are going through an agile transformation where we recently have changed our working methods and organization. In an evolving organization it is sometimes required that you find your own way forward, therefor it’s important to have an easy way to communicate both English and Swedish. Being Tech Lead also includes:

Working in one or more committed teams which are responsible for new development and lifecycle management of a product.
Being the overall responsible for the long-term technical solution, acting as a developer and at the same time provide technical leadership to the team.

Key skills you need for the role:

Javascript frameworks preferably vue.js
Java
Docker and CICD tools.
Content Management Systems, preferably AEM
