The global marketing function at H&M is now looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to own and develop the automated insight portal within the Global Marketing Function.Your responsibilities include:Own and develop the reporting and follow up portal for loyalty in TableauDevelop new and improve existing KPIs to aid the organization in becoming customer centric and improving the customer offerImprove the data structure and work together with IT to implement new ways to track and follow up behavior in all our channels (physical, online and app)Educate internal stakeholders in Tableau and how to use the tool to export data, learn about their customers and how to use the available reports.Validating and testing data to ensure that the data quality is acceptable to be used in business decisionsAd Hoc analyses about customer behavior and long-term value of a successful loyalty programIn this role you will primarily work in SAS and Microsoft SQL Server to access and transform raw-data and in Tableau to create reports and outputs.To be successful in this role you:Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with analysis, dashboarding, consultancyTechnical mindset, you enjoy working as the link between business and ITGenuine interest in customer behavior and customer insightsExperienced in SQL and/or SAS programming strongly suggested, but other types of analytical languages (Python / R) can be sufficientExperienced creating dashboards Interested in visualization design.
