Assignment description
• Lead and follow up on activities and initiatives according to Scrum
• Coaching the Product Owners and ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the Design team.
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Facilitating agile events such as team retros, demos, stand up etc. as requested or needed
• Leading and coaching the organization in its agile adoption
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact agile product development
• Mentoring the teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement.
• Providing training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward self-organizing teams

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll:
• Experience as Scrum master, agile coach or similar is a requirement
• Experience of an agile work environment is a requirement
• >3 years of experience of coaching large teams is a requirement
• Driver’s license B is required
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a requirement

Work language: English

Meriting
• Relevant working experience within UX and HMI areas and/or front-end programming is an advantage
• Experience within the automotive industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of Sketch is an advantage
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
