If this is true for you, this is the position you have been looking for.Role & ResponsibilitiesConducting research and investigations on how our container based products can be optimized further for maximal performanceTaking the findings into production ready and customer facing code, to secure that our customers get the most out of their deploymentsProducing technical documentation and guidelinesContributing to the development of our state of the art automated performance testing framework, used for safeguarding againstperformance degradesEducation RequirementBachelor degree in Computer Science (or similar)Required Skills and ExperiencesA broad technical interestCreativity to find unconventional solutions to problems, “thinking outside the box” and be open minded to innovation and new solutionsExperience from Linux, Shell scripting and configurations etc.Interest in working with full stack development in programming languages such as Golang and JavaScriptInterest in containerized deployments and orchestration tools such as KubernetesExperience and interest in Cloud (such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) solutions and architecture, including monitoring and troubleshootingStrong analytical and documentation skillsIt would be fantastic if you on top of the above also haveExperience with using metrics and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and GrafanaPrevious experience from working in Open Source projectsExperience from performance testing and/or profiling tools for software performance optimizations You must be a highly motivated team player, reliable and dependable, dedicated not only to the craft and science of software development but also to the success of the company.
