You will, after a period of working practically with development in order to learn the specific platform and deployment functionality of it, be a team leader for highly skilled developers that are located both in Stockholm and Russia. With your passion for people, development and solutions you will guide, coach and inspire the staff in their work and the development of the team. The developers are skilled in Python and Bash development, and you will be involved in code review and coaching of them on a daily basis. You will be a key player in designing new features and solutions together with the architect team, and work close to Product Managers and Customer Solution Architects. Key Responsibilities:• Be a team leader for our skilled, international development teams to ensure great team spirit and innovation• Work with the development of our POS Platform, designing and maintaining new solutions together with your co-workers• Coordinate between the different functions, plan and assign tasks to the right person• Reviewing the result in the end of the development life cycle, in order to ensure good quality of the code?Who are you?You are working as a senior developer and have experience from working in a global environment with distributed development teams. We think you are looking for developing your management skills to guide, inspire and develop different teams and solutions. You have practical experience from DevOps, Agile product development and Scrum. You have worked with Ansible or have knowledge of using Jenkins for testing. As a person you are analytic, structured and are always striving for continuous improvements, which you use to evolve the development process.
