Associate Systems Programmer

Your Role:

As a developer, you will work with the entire development chain. From concept, design and programming, to delivery of complete product. You will interface with internal and external customers and work with them to meet their needs. Based on your skills and wishes, as well as the needs of a project, your role in the project is shaped.

Your Profile:

Previous work experience of development projects is an advantage but not a requirement. At Saab there are good opportunities for challenges and personal development for both the experienced developer and recent graduates.

An adequate collage education would be a college education focused on system development/IT. Previous experience of C# / C++, .Net, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and agile development methods such as Scrum are merit.

The employment involves work covered by defense secrecy and requirements for Swedish citizenship.

This position includes access to classified information, therefore you are required to conduct a security screening in accordance with the Protective Security Act and be approved for security clearance by the authority.

What you will be a part of:

You will be a part of the Gripen project and work with development of Test Equimpent for Gripen. The department Test Equipment designs, produces and supports test equipment for, among other things, maintenance of the electronics in the Gripen platform. The department also provides support and service for its products to other Saab units. Today we are about 90 employees but are in an expansive phase where we need to become more people.
