Right now, we are looking for a User Experience Researcher for IKEA Home Smart.As a UX Designer at IKEA Home Smart, you will:Design, arrange and steer user research and testing activities.Define and filter the right user insights for the development of range. Drive insight-based decisions through data and evidence as well as empathy.Include necessary stakeholders and manage timelines.Steer external agencies for user-centric activities like probes, workshops.Drive insight-based decisions through data and evidence as well as empathy.Support UX Leader create future UX Strategies.Use early prototyping as an everyday tool for perfecting experiences.Ensure a clear synergy between user behavior, technology, and IKEA needs.Champion a user-centric process and works with stakeholders to keep culture and processes up-to-date.Challenge existing solutions by driving meaningful innovation and creativity throughout the development. QualificationsTo excel at this job, you must have experience of research for the development of products/solutions that include software and digital interfaces for consumer products. You should be experienced and motivated in working in a rapidly changing environment. You must have deep passion and a deep interest about life at home and customer needs. You should ideally possess a good level of knowledge about modern digital and physical product development processes like Agile and Lean.Needless to say, you are skilled in research methods, storytelling, and usability with a magical ability to make complicated technology friendly to the many people. You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.We believe you have a University-level education in the areas of;-   Psychology,-   Anthropology,-   Interaction Design,-   Industrial Design,-   Product Development,Ideally, you have the equivalent knowledge and experience in product development from global organizations together with leadership experience plus, a proven track record as a UX professional with minimum 5 years of experience as a researcher working on innovative digital solutions.As a UX Researcher, you are passionate about creating innovative solutions and a great user experience in the area of the smart homes. You are energetic, driven and committed to delivering results in a high paced environment. You are a solution-oriented team player. You have a high entrepreneurial drive; stretching boundaries, challenging what already exists and always striving to develop better products and solutions, driven by your passion about user needs, sustainability and Inclusive Design.
