Do you want to play a role in our exciting and transformational journey to create a world class Regulatory Reporting IT team?   The team consists of skilled and dedicated persons who are located in Stockholm, Sweden and transforming some knowledge and responsibility to Riga, Latvia. And we are now looking for an experienced .Net/SQL developer located in Stockholm who aspires to play a key part of our transformation and will be committed to play an important role in developing the regulatory IT solutions for SEB and to shape the future of the regulatory roadmap at SEB using their developer skills, teamwork and can-do attitude. About the job Regulatory Reporting has been an important part of the financial services industry during the last 10 years, and, to adapt to all market changes, SEB has taken a proactive approach of building an expert and skilful IT and requirements team in Stockholm. As the scope of regulatory work and tasks is growing we are looking to add new team members that will be based both in Stockholm and Riga who will continue to work with stakeholders and counterparts located in both sites. We are looking to add experienced .Net/SQL skills to our Stockholm based team, but we expect you to contribute to our virtual team collaborating daily with our scrum master, developers and business analysts in both sites. Who are you? To succeed in your role with us you should have a truly collaborative mind-set with a strong learner mentality and are highly motivated to participate in a change journey with a long-term perspective. We also expect you to take an active accountability for your work and for the wider team’s performance to deliver superior service quality to the internal counterparties and stakeholders.   We expect you to have the following expertise: database knowledge from, Microsoft-SQL Server perspective, data base modelling, advanced SQL programming and C#/.NET: knowledge, preferably with experience from the Akka framework and toolkit.   Knowledge of financial instruments/capital markets we will consider as a big advantage, as will previous work with regulatory changes. We expect you to have great ability to work in a diverse team and you also must have good communication skills in English. We highly value your personality.
