Creative Director / Product Design Watches & Jewellery Capella Industries is a Design- and Marketing company founded in the year 2000 and a subsidiary of the family owned Scandinavian Design Group.With strong in-house design, development and own production, we specialize in interpreting famous brands such as Lambretta into watch collections that stand out. Our unique brands Velox & Tick & Ogle completes the portfolio.Capella is a supplier of watches & Lifestyle products via domestic, tax free, travel retail and B2B markets on a global scale. With warehouses in Sweden, Netherlands & Hong Kong we provide fast shipments to over 30 countries. Our brands are represented on all continents, presented both on the ground, in the air and on the sea. We are looking for a Creative Director/Designer with great creative skills to manage our watch & jewellery design & brand development. You will work close with marketing & purchase team and our external designers.  Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the product portfolio and watch design, providing strategic direction and advancing the organization to its potential.Conceptualize and design watch collections that will reflect a refined aesthetic that combines elegance, current trend, and function.Pushing the segment forward and always look for a new approach as well as an esthetic innovation, seductive color combinations, finish and materials.Generating business and brand-building strategies and ideas. Working with brand planning to identify and understanding the wants, needs and motivations of key audiences for the brand.Innovative packaging design, display design and retail concepts.  Candidate AttributesHighly passionate about fashion, brand & designBe a self-starter, persistent, energetic and customer focusedExhibit a creative approach to all tasks with the ability to manage multiple projectsExhibit excellent time management skills and work in a team environmentWork with sense of efficiency, curiosity, and creativity to identify opportunity and deliver results RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or higher in design related disciplineProficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoshopMicrosoft OfficeAbility to speak and write English fluently.  MeritedManaging roles, 5 years or more work experienceExperience in fashion industry Product photography and retouching.Proficiency in China sourcing and productionKnowledge in 3D software.
