We're expanding and looking for an Engineering Manager.
About the role
As an Engineering Manager you will play a vital role in leading and scaling the Tech organisation at G-Loot. You will build and lead our cross-functional, autonomous teams within your area and promote good software development practises. We also believe you promote a collaborative culture and foster a close relationship with our Product department and other parts of the organisation.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Technical responsibility: You make sure the team delivers good and stable technical solutions of high quality.
- Delivery responsibility: You make sure that we deliver our technical solutions in accordance with our business targets and vision.
- People management: Lead our developers and teams, where you inspire and help them grow to the best they can be.
In this role you will be a part of the Tech Leadership team.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development and at least 2 years in a leading position with people management.
- You have experience from scaling teams in mid-size tech companies.
- Good understanding and experience in building agile work environments and cross-functional teams.
Plus
- Been a part of scaling a fast growing tech company.
- We would be happy if you’re familiar with Java, Go, Kubernetes, Microservices, Google Cloud, React.
- It’s a plus if you have gaming experience and are familiar with our industry.
