Chief Product Director!

After closing a big investment round, we’re now looking for an ambitious product/UX lead to help take us to the next phase in our adventure! A sample of the problems you might be tackling in your role would include:Developing a clear product roadmap with a customer-centric vision.  Provide clear goals and personal ownership to the team in order to drive results and steady execution. Managing expectations and wishes of the different stakeholders inside and outside the company. Read up on what the latest environmental guidelines might have for implications for the product roadmap and features. The ideal candidate would be someone who is:A proven communicator who can see things from other people’s views and incorporate them into a real vision of a product or feature. Consistently the most driven person in the room, striving to excel and deliver the best work you possibly can muster. You are a doer who is biased towards action. Experience with launching and honing a product in some context that has your fingerprints all over them, and ability to explain why the different facets of the product will make a real difference for the customer experience. A willingness to learn on the job, acquiring new skills in everything from different new systems to the latest environmental guidelines. A person that deeply cares about making a real contribution towards a sustainable future.Experience is considered advantageous, but we believe that talent and drive is the most important thing!
