Embedded c++ developer for innovative projects

ALTENs department within Embedded Systems is growing and we are on the lookout for you who are a skilled software developer, primarily based on C++, and ready for a new challange! If this is you, continue reading!

We think that you have at least a degree within computer engineering or similar with a few years of experience working with software development. We are looking for a versatile and “broad” software engineer that has worked with development but also has experience from the test or CI area. You can with this profile work either inhouse or with one of our prestigious clients with advanced and complex SW development.

Required Qualifications:
- Algorithm and code development in C++
- Verification of SW in simulation, hardware rig and vehicle
- Analyzing and tuning SW performance
- SW tests and verification (writing unit tests, code reviews, etc.)
- Requirement handling and reviewing
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders/customers

Meritorious Experience:
- Embedded systems, experience of working with lean code
- CI/CD Experience
- Java (Spring, Gradle)
- Cloud experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Python
- SystemWeaver
- SW architectural knowledge
- Safety critical systems including Functional Safety, ISO26262
- Knowledge in SPICE/ASPICE
