Senior App-utvecklare

Your role

As an app developer, you will develop high-quality applications, implementing new features based on requirements for performance availability scalability and maintenance.

The work with application development involves a lot of programming, but you will participate in the entire development process, from analysis and design to programming and testing. It is important to understand the customer's problems and to have the skills to develop a solution. The work is often done in close contact with the customer and those who will eventually use the system.

You will be part of the app team, which is responsible for all apps developed on the company.

Besides programming, you can look forward to a lot of interaction with the product managers and our UX Team and Test Team in the development process and you will have influence on the app roadmap, features and technical solutions. We usually work with high customer interaction, meaning that, if it´s in your interest, you also will be given opportunity to travel and meet customers through the development process, for demos and educational reasons.

The main tasks are:

* Defining user stories in cooperation with our UX specialists
* Design and implementation of user stories
* Validation and test of implemented functionality

Your profile

Required skills:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Experince with C# and .NET

Desired skills:

* Full stack developer
* Experience in Xamarin.Forms
* Experience in Test Driven Devlopment
* Experience in Scrum or other Agile processes

You will be part of the Training & Simulation unit who develops and manufactures training systems mainly for military users.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. The team you will join consists primarily of software and test engineers based in Huskvarna and has a large part in developing our cutting edge products.
