Agile Test Lead

King Labs is a small and independently operated team located in small start-up office in Stockholm. The team is 100% focused on exploring and prototyping new cross-platform games and experiences for the next generation of King's casual social games.

Your role within our Kingdom

As part of the scrum team, you will help to produce games with the level of high quality that King stands for. Responsibilities include:
Support the team in the design of user stories using BDD/Gherkin syntax.
Identify defects in requirements
Assist scrum teams with sprint planning, test design, test execution, defect analysis/root cause investigation & reporting on test status.
Provides coaching to scrum team where needed to ensure agile testing principles are applied.
Help scrum team identify quality risks and issues throughout the sprint and recommend options to mitigate/remove.
Contribute to the creation of a regression test plan specific to the project.
Point of contact for and ongoing management of third party test providers.
Assist team in adoption of BDD, Kanban and other agile testing methodologies.
Share learnings and improvement ideas with the Kingdom.

Other skills include:
Experience in working with mobile devices, facebook and other web platforms. .
Ability to work in a scrum team, sharing test responsibilities with the eam.
Ability to apply the principles of Scrum, Kanban, BDD.
Proactive in requirement and planning workshops.
Experience in assisting scrum teams in the adoption of Agile testing principles.
Ability to identify gaps in requirements.
Inspire and coach your colleagues to ensure quality standards are being applied throughout the SDLC.
Awareness of Test Automation Frameworks for mobile and web applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience using TestRail or similar
Effective management of 3rd parties.
Ability to create strong working relationships with team members.
Passionate about games
