Software Developer within OSS (291348)

Position Summary:We are now looking for a Developer to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.Unit Description:Ericsson Digital Services helps service providers prosper in the digital economy. From enhancing the way service providers engage with their customers to automating operations, we're helping service providers reach new levels of programmability, access and agility – levels that digital natives call home. We provide solutions consisting of software and services in the areas of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Cloud Communication, Cloud Core, and Cloud Infrastructure. The portfolio is focused on 5G-ready, cloud-native, automated and industrialized solutions to secure a smooth digitalization journey towards 5G. Responsibilities:•   You will drive strategic technical leadership•   Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling. •   Develop and test high quality products•   Perform trouble shooting and customer support•   Drive continuous improvements of products and processes•   Develop competence in technical domain Key Qualifications:•   Education in M.Sc. or B.Sc. in software engineering or similar.•   At least 6 months experience in SW•   Experience of Linux, Java, Scala and Python.•   Good Knowledge of English in both speech and writing.As a person you have a good ability to collaborate in teams. You are communicative and can express yourself both in speech and in writing.
