Head of Production (Design department)

As our Head of Production, you will be responsible for leading the content creation within the design team at iDeal Of Sweden as well as planning and coordination of the creative work in the department. The role is dynamic and includes close collaboration with the Creative Director that you will be reporting to, but also to make sure that everything that the team produces is on brand and follow iDeal Of Swedens standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead iDeal Of Swedens content creation team consisting of 7 employees.
• Responsible for and that the creative team delivers on set goals, on schedule and on brand and that relevant stakeholders are involved and receives information.
• Create a structure for the team's working methods, budget, activity plan.
• Implement the design department's goals, guidelines and concepts in everything from campaign material to e-commerce, own retail stores and wholesale.
• Manage the creative team in executing all photo & video productions - from pre-production to delivery and follow up.
• Recruitment and resource planning of the team to make sure that we making the right priorities and are able to reach our targets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience of a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
• A few years of leadership experience is a must (preferably from leading a larger team)
• You have a very good experience of project management and running a creative team
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
• Hands-on with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communicator and a team player
• Multi-tasker with an ability to manage multiple projects
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Adobe CS, Photoshop and InDesign
• Fluent in Swedish and English
