UX Designer

In Tetra Pak we offer Tetra Pak Plantmaster and we have for a long time been leading in the food and beverage industry to provide safe and efficient production. To further strengthen our development team, we are looking for an person to take on the role as UX Designer. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the development team working on our Tetra Pak Plantmaster. The development team is highly skilled with many years of experience in software. You will contribute to the team in creating the UX design of the system, sharing your knowledge and having a positive approach. Creating a great team.This position is based in Lund, Sweden What you will do·       Do user research·       Create Personas/User stories/Scenarios/User flows/Site maps etc.·       Create Wireframes/Mockups·       Create prototypes/User testing·       User interface specifications, size, shapes, placements of icons, texts, components etc.·       Participate in the breakdown of features and enablers to user stories together with the Product Owner and System Architects.Who you are·       Have at least 2 years of work experience within UX·       Have experience in working with user research, user testing, prototyping and interaction design·       Like to work in a cross-functional team, but are also self-propelled and driving·       Have a strong ability to understand the user and transform these insights into good design·       Being used to work in agile processes in close collaboration with developers.·       Have a degree in Interaction Design, HMI, or similar ·       Have good communication and presentation skills with right product mindset·       Be fluent in English, verbal and writtenAs a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. You have a problem solving approach, you like challenges and honour commitments.
