Application Developer – to the Volvo IT Bus team

We are looking for an Application Developer for the Volvo IT Bus team in Gothenburg. If you thrive in leading change and want to be part of our journey within the CAD area, product development and support an global user base where everyone are accountable and proud of the products and solutions - then we are hoping you to join our team. THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES The Volvo IT Bus team is part PLM area in the RnDP solution delivery unit which has the responsibility to deliver applications used in the Volvo Group within CAD, covering both unique (TD/BA) and shared (Global) solutions. We have full responsibility for runtime (cost, quality of service) and for the delivery of projects. We support roadmap design and long term planning in its area. You will be part of a global team where you will play an important role with the rest of us in contributing to develop and maintain our applications according to our development standards. You will identify business needs and define improvements for IT solutions to make the daily work more efficient. Maintain and operate our applications including driving continuous improvement and actively contribute to the solution design. WHO ARE YOU? As a person, you have analytical skills and you love to solve problems.
