Scrum Master

Scrum MasterAs a Scrum Master you will facilitate the scrum process in a newly formed agile software team developing smart home back-end services in partner integration projects. You will work closely with development teams, product owners and other stakeholders. Your daily tasks will include facilitating the daily stand-up, help the team maintain the progress, coach in agile practices and ensure the correct use of scrum process. In addition, you coach your team members to be able to use interactions over processes and tools. It is important that you can facilitate towards creativity and motivate others to increase efficiency. Also, it is important that you are flexible working in a newly formed development team and are prepared to work with different tasks outside the job description.Your main responsibilities will be:·       Setting up agile scrum process in a newly formed development team·       Being flexible and able to do other tasks than pure scrum master tasks since the team newly formed. ·       Make sure the team's agile process is followed·       Make sure actions agreed upon by the team during e.g. retrospectives are performed·       Protect the team from external interference·       Act as the interface to the team·       Make sure the team feels responsible for the Sprint goal and delivery·       Make sure communication with Product Owner, Line manager etc. is working·       Make sure the team is represented in requested forums·       Responsible for driving continuous sharing of knowledge and coaching the team in the agile process·       Drive continuous improvement and challenge ways of working·       Responsible for team meetings: That they are scheduled and have a clear agenda/setupWe are looking for:·       A certified Scrum Master with experience as a Java backend developer. ·       The ideal candidate has probably worked as a backend developer for 3-5 years and then made the choice to become Scrum Master (and have worked as a scrum master for 1-2 years).·       Certified Scrum Master with 1-2 years of experience·       3+ years of experience as Senior Backend Developer ·       Knowledge of most of the technologies: Java, MySQL, Cassandra, Kibana, Linux, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometeus, Jira, Confluence·       Good command in English We believe that we make a difference every day.
