AXIS PERHAPS?
Axis who? And why? Good questions! Basically, we’re best at being world leaders. A long time ago we were world leaders within print servers. Now we’re world leaders within network video products and solutions, but we’re also making, what we believe, are the world leading network speakers.  We came from being no one in our business to world domination in ten years. Our web  http://www.axis.com  is a cluster of seven different web instances in Drupal and WordPress. We have approx. 25.000 visitors per day and the web team has 17 members working with everything from UX and design to development, testing, backend integrations etc. We have a multilanguage website, with high demands on performance globally. To work at the Axis web department is to understand the business, to understand what to prioritize. It’s complex and it’s fun.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a UX Lead with at least five years’ experience in UX and design with focus on web/mobile development. Part of your role will be as lead UX, where you will take responsibility for the development of UX skills and processes in our team.

In this role you will take on a big responsibility for the instances together with your colleagues.

About you:  

A team player with the ability to engage/coach others.  UX lead.
Proven ability to make business goals into UX decisions.
Proven experience from UX design with web/mobile focus.
Experienced in running workshops or similar to collect user needs and to move from concept to prototype, to a finalized product.
The experience and ability to motivate and explain your decisions.
You base your UX decisions on user testing as well as analytics.
Large enterprise platforms are your expertise and you understand problem solving based on platform limitations. 
A great listener (in both Swedish and English).
Merits:

Working in/with a large B2B focused organization. 
Previous experience in a lead role. 
If you have coding skills html/css/js that would be great!
Previous experience working in SCRUM or other agile frameworks.
