They are now growing and Grooo has been commissioned to find a Senior Backend Developer to join their team here in Stockholm.

The system is be built on top of a portfolio management software and integrate several data retrieval API services. The system is scalable and secure and provide very easy and intuitive visualization and navigation. The client interface is via webpage and a IOS/Android app.

The ambition is to develop a European business, with Sweden as a first milestone. Advinans consists of 20 people with the office located in a very modern and fully refurbished office in central Stockholm, Centralplan 17.
What will you do?
As a senior backend developer you have an important role building a system that needs to be smart, scalable and secure. You main focus will be to develop new platforms like mortgage, saving account and preferential portal, as well as further develop already existing platforms. You will work with techniques such as Node.js, Kubernetes and Google cloud.
The development team is split into two teams- “Advice & Core” and “Benefit”. As a senior backend developer you will take a wide responsibility in supporting the team to make the right decisions. As you will be one of the most senior, your thoughts and ideas will be blended a lot with CTO to find solutions in continuing to build a great product. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for you to take responsibility for your own team.
Advinans work with individual two-week sprints where they set a theme for each sprint. As a developer at Advinans, you do not only get to work within the team in a sprint, you also get to work with there product development team and compliance.
