ABOUT THE ROLE
We are expanding and need a new backend developer, to work with the Magento Digital Commerce platform, to strengthen up our development team and work with international clients on challenging and complex e-commerce projects.
Our ideal candidate will have a great passion for software development as well as learning new things and innovating.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You follow and promote the best practices in various aspects of software development (Design, Code, Scalability, Architecture and Testing)
You develop, document and test solutions as specified and planned
You are able to work on complex problems in a team environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+3 years of experience in object oriented programming, preferably PHP
Experience working with agile methodologies
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience with Git or another similar system
Fluency in English is mandatory. Swedish is a plus
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
Experience working with Restful APIs
MVC architectures
Experience in Magento development is a big plus
Knowledge of Symfony 2, Zend Framework, Composer, Redis, Varnish, Apache, Nginx and / or Capistrano
Experience in E-Commerce / Digital Commerce
Basic knowledge of server provisioning (Vagrant, Puppet and / or Docker)
