Your role and responsibilities
As the Tool Developer, you will play a crucial role to uplift the speed and quality of our deliveries by solving technical challenges and enhancing our tools. You will join the Tool Architecture team, which consists of Nasdaq's Build and Deployment as well as Test Tool experts. In this role, you will collaborate and bring your expertise to many stakeholders internally. This means you will have an important impact on our journey to rewrite tomorrow.
* Your key focus area will be development and enhancements of our Test Tool suite "Nasdaq Validator"
* You will be working on DevOps tasks, ensuring the Tools Development team's solutions are designed with client user experience, scale/performance and operability in mind
* Integration of new tools
* We believe you are eager to take on other responsibilities that adds value to the team as well as to your professional development
What you will bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* A couple of years of experience in Java Development
* Excellent communication and organizational skills as you will liaise with development/business teams + clients
* A strong inner drive and likes to be one step ahead, constantly willing to learn and develop
It would be great if you have
* Financial industry knowledge
* Experience in Tool Development
