When you join RaySearch as DevOps Engineer with a build focus, you will become part of a Swedish, global growth company where you will make a difference for both the company and for cancer patients all over the world.

You will work from our head office at Sveavägen 44 where you will be a part of a DevOps team of six experienced engineers. You will work closely with R&D and continuously help them improve performance and solve challenges throughout the build process. In your role you will have the ability to contribute to improve the build architecture and technologies. You will use modern tools, cloud and datacenter technologies.

Your role

In your role you will play an important part in establishing a new department within Raysearch IT whose main purpose is to empower the R&D and Service teams by designing, building and maintaining environments, tooling, public cloud and datacenter infrastructure so that they can focus on producing and delivering great code and support for our customer across the globe.

You will primarily focus on:

• Development and maintenance of build configurations, servers and pipelines
• Build tooling improvement
• Configuration and release management
• Automate build and configuration management tasks
• Collaboration with the R&D organization in build process and technology improvement and troubleshooting work

Your profile

We are looking for you who want to be part of building DevOps capabilities and culture from scratch. We think that you define yourself as self-motivated and flexible and that you work just as well in teams as on your own. Furthermore, you are both analytical and accustomed to facing complex technical challenges.

Experience & skills

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent
• Designing, building and maintaining build systems and processes
• Tools (Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps Server, Git, Visual Studio, MS Build)
• Frameworks (.NET, C#, C++)
• Public Cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
• Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows Server, Linux)
