The User Experience Researcher is responsible for gathering user insights, planning and executing qualitative/quantitative research and providing data centric recommendations that meet business needs.
You will be part of a small but growing UX team and collaborate with the Marketing, Technology, IT and Ecommerce teams to improve and map the digital customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct and document various UX research and testing methods (e.g. usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, observation) and compile results and data.
Create user testing plans and testing scripts to support the required research.

Analyze and synthesize results into recommendations that inform design decisions.
Create deliverables that inform and guide UX development (personas, user journey maps, design principles, research reports).
Present and communicate research findings to broader team.
Candidates should note that this role will be in scope for the proposed transition of GE Biopharma to Danaher and will transfer to Danaher at close of this transaction.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Someindustry experience in user experience research and testing, preferably within an ecommerce business.
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative testing methods and data analysis.
A grasp on HTML, CSS to be able to develop a/b tests.
