Product Manager

Airmee is one of Sweden's fastest growing logistics startups transforming last-mile deliveries in urban areas, backed by some of Sweden’s biggest investors and entrepreneurs. We help online retailers by leveraging machine learning and powerful proprietary research-based technology to provide convenient and fast e-commerce deliveries in urban areas same day or as fast as within the hour.

We're currently in need of a Product Manager that can help us shape and deliver the future of transportation and go on a journey where few have tread before.

What are we looking for?

As the Product Manager, you will manage our products (which include webb-based products, mobile apps and API integrations) in all stages of the product lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role defining product requirements, go-to-market strategy, and the product roadmap. You will leverage customer data to measure and enhance our products, and you will help develop new ideas based on your contact with our retail customers, consumers and logistics providers.

You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms vision into a reality. You must enjoy spending time with users and customers to understand their needs, and to define innovative solutions. An important part of the role also involves understanding in-depth the processes and operations of a logistics company and last-mile delivery.

What will you be doing?

- Define the road map for our products and working with key stakeholders in the company to deliver on that vision, e.g. sales, customers, logistics providers, etc.
- Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, which includes detailing each feature/bug and product so it can be built and launched as fast as possible
- Work directly with world-class engineers and researchers to execute and deliver on your product roadmap according to set deadlines
- Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap to the management team
- The role may also include to help drive sales by enabling business development and sales teams, leading calls with key customers, creating tools to support the success, helping to identify opportunities in our products to increase that success.

What skills and experience do you need?

- University degree
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Previous experience in a fast-growing startup
- Previous experience managing Software-as-a-Service technology products in mobility or logistics is a plus.
- Great communication skills and ability to work effectively on projects with developers and software dev managers
- Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
