UI/UX Designer

Who are we looking for? 
You should feel comfortable being in a fast-paced start-up environment with an urge to make the world a better place. We work in small, diverse teams with very close collaboration between frontend, backend, designers and product managers, which means it’s great if you like communicating. 
 
You must be passionate about design and support the mission of Doktor24/Platform24. We also want to work with people who respect the journey of learning and development. For that reason, we are looking for a designer with 1-2 years’ experience that has already achieved above and beyond peers with similar experience levels. That can be displayed by an outstanding portfolio and perhaps some design awards to compliment.
 
The ideal candidate would be someone that has start-up experience and has seen and supported a company through a significant growth period. An understanding that things will change and that you will get to play a big part in that is a necessity.
 
Finally, it Is imperative that you are competent within ​Adobe​, Sketch and prototyping tools as Invision​​​. This software will be the cornerstone to producing immaculate, clean and usable designs for all our products.

What You Will Do 
At Platform24 we work together with developers, product owners and designers to help ensure that we deliver what is planned while maintaining high quality. You will collaborate closely with other teams to create effective strategies and designs for our products.

By combining the latest technology and great engineering with our handpicked doctors, nurses and psychologists; we want to personalize healthcare with leading medical quality and service. We’re unique in the approach we’re taking to bridging the gap between online doctor visits and the existing physical healthcare. We’ve very ambitious growth and internationalisation plans, and your work will bring value to 100,000s of patients. Today, only 24 months after launching our service, we’re a team of around 60 with a roughly 50/50 gender mix, mostly engineers and doctors, plus the 100 or so doctors, psychologists and nurses that do online consultations in our caregiver company Doktor24.
