Experienced Software Operational Product Owner for Microwave Radio-Link
 
We are looking for an Operational Product Owner (OPO) to reinforce the Microwave Radio-Link Systems department. The mission is to lead the technical software implementation of business requirements and drive development of MINI-LINK products towards our next generation (5G) mobile networks. 
 
In the OPO role you will break down customer requirements into user stories that can be handled by our talented Scrum teams in an agile development environment. The teams you work with will primarily be located in Gothenburg, Lindholmen, but contact with our development center in Budapest is frequent. 
 
You will be part of a highly experienced system team that has the end-to-end responsibility for development of both hardware and software for MINI-LINK products focusing on the Radio-Link sub-system. 
 
As an Operational Product Owner You will:
Be responsible for and drive MINI-LINK features to enable world class Ericsson products 
Translate customer and product management needs into actual product development 
Be involved in hands-on detailed technical work, product strategy activities, guiding Scrum teams and improving our ways-of-working 
Gather, understand and break down requirements in the product backlog 
Be responsible for prioritizing the development tasks for your Scrum teams 
Drive continuous improvements with the purpose of securing quality and improving velocity 
Assist in customer workshops and respond to strategic customer requests 
Collaborate with individuals and teams across sites, organizations and technical domains 

 
Competences we are looking for:
A Master of Science in engineering or equivalent 
Extensive experience from being an Operational Product Owner in an R&D organization 
Experience from working in a multicultural environment where English is commonly used 
A passion for agile product development and an advanced user of the Scum framework 
An interest in teaching, coaching, challenging and developing individuals and teams  
Being able to combine business aspects with technical aspects in the product development 
Software developer background and skills in related tools and methods are highly desired 
Mature leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills
