Senior Software Developer to Systemite

Job description
Systemite is now looking for a Senior Software Developer that can take lead in transforming their product written in Delphi to a new platform written in C#.  You will be part of the whole development chain and involved in architectural questions together with setting the roadmap forward.

Systemite provides one of the market's most advanced information management platforms; SystemWeaver and has become an important platform within the automotive industry for global customers such as NEVS, Volvo Cars and Volvo Trucks to name a few. 

You will be part of the Product & Development team, a cross-functional team with Software Developers, Business Analysts, Software Tester and Support. The team are able to come with own initiatives, try out new things and have 2 weeks iteration, daily standups and retrospectives. The SW department are 14 in total and you will belong to a family-like, diverse and intercultural environment. 

Responsibilities
Together with the P&D team develop the product and be involved in the analysis, design, programming to test and documentation. You thrive in working with a complex platform and application and enjoys the challenge of going from legacy towards a more modern product with new techniques. 

You have a holistic and abstract view of possible solutions, see patterns and look at problems as possibilities for change. In this role you will contribute with improvements and solutions that makes the processes and techniques more efficient. Together with your team you will be responsible of maintaining and add to a knowledge-sharing environment and mentoring the junior developers. You will come up with new ideas, inputs and create innovative products and models.

The tech stack includes: 

• C# (C, C++, Java).
• .NET in Windows environment (Visual Studio)
• WPF and WCF
• GIT
• Azure DevOps,
• MS SQL Server
• (c vDelphi)
