What you´ll be up to:

You´ll be our new EM for the AdIn team here at Blocket, leading a cross-functional team of 20 engineers (backenders, frontenders, full-stackers and QAs) and your focus will be on supporting, challenging and growing your team members.

So, what´s “AdIn” you say? Well, have you ever sold anything on Blocket? Basically the team develops and enhance all services connected to the “seller-journey”, both for the B2B and B2C market.

This is a fairly new team that is a blend of 3 different teams and 3 different platforms. The main initial focus will lie on aligning a road-map, developing a joint culture and making sure that we progress. Fun, right?

Who you are:

You love connecting with different kinds of people, building online products and all things tech! As our EM, you´ll focus on constantly growing our engineers while solving complex technical problems that deliver impact on our products on a daily basis.

Skills/background:

- You enjoy developing and growing people and have experience from roles as EM or Dev Manager
- Experience as a developer (or QA engineer)
- Have built online products
- Humble and open approach as a leader with an inclusive mindset
