About the job The cross-functional team you will be joining is building Swedbank's next generation payments platform for international payments services that are used by millions of Swedbank customers.
As a software engineer in our team you will be working with analysis, design, development and maintenance of payments platform infrastructure. Together with CFT team, you will be a key player for successful implementation of the GPP investment area´s roadmap.
You will strongly collaborate with Agile Product Owner to create a high quality and stable payment services for Swedbank customers and maximize the investments in the payments area.
About you
You are a great professional in Java development
You can contribute in all areas: design and develop test automation framework, J2EE applications and Message Broker flows
You are team-oriented and have collaborative Agile way of working mindset with ability to constantly improve
You believe that quality awareness is core when designing, building and maintaining software
You are open to troubleshoot and support
Readiness to have on-call for the IT services developed and maintained by the team
What you need to succeed 3+ years work experience in QA engineering or application development positions
Experience working with test automation and J2EE application stack
Good understanding of Java, object-oriented design and patterns
Have knowledge of/experience with manual and automated testing of functional and non-functional requirements
The tech stack: Java, WebSphere, Gradle, SOAP, JUnit, Bitbucket/GIT, Jenkins, DB2, Oracle, Message Queue, Cobol and ability to learn new languages and frameworks
