Developer @ Greenely

Greenely is a startup company from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology developing the next generation visualisation service for energy consumption. Our tool visualise and analyse households energy behaviour through a living energy tree and help the users to a more sustainable energy behaviour. By using our mobile application, households will get an overview of their energy consumption and personal feedback on their energy behavior with minimum effort and no hardware installations. We are currently looking to expand our team with talented developers that want to make a difference in the world, preferably with a good combination of both broad and specific programming skills.

As we are a startup with a small team you are expected to want to take responsibility and initiative and grow both personally and professionally. You will be an integral part of the team and is therefore expected to work well together with the rest of the team and have a customer focus.

The position is for a temporary full-time employment which, after a probation period, becomes permanent full-time employment.

It is important that you are a technically knowledgeable person that will be able to have a basic understanding of our technical platform as a whole. You will also need to be able to deliver quality code, detailed and well tested, with a “less is more” mindset.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Engineering background or some type of technical education is seen as a plus.

Good communication skills in written and spoken English is required.

It is seen as a big bonus if you have knowledge and is able to work with more than one of the technical development areas of our system as your position will be flexible and you will work with different parts of our technical system.
