You will be part of our Digital Infrastructure Tribe, were we are building a new, modern and agile organization with a mission to transform our core infrastructure and build world class network, platforms and provisioning systems to support a smooth customer journey. As every big company we have a huge legacy, but the ambition and aim for cloud native technology is crystal clear. 

What you'll do
As an IP services DevOp you will embark on a digitalization journey as one of the key players in one of our fast-moving squads within the DI Tribe, developing network support and provisioning systems. We need you who can help us to secure a smooth operation with legacy functionality but still have a clear focus and aim towards modern stacks. 

You’ll join an agile squad of developers and engineers working with IP services DevOps, taking an end-to-end responsibility of the health and well-being of your services – both when building new features and in production. Each squad has a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Solution Architects. This means that you have great technical support while also having freedom to influence the work, and how the development in the Tribe should be performed. 

Who are you?
You’re a developer in the boarder of IP network services and systems with some years of experience who’s ready to take on a new challenge. We believe that you’re interested in full stack development, and you’re good at communication and knowledge-sharing. As we’re evolving our in-house development organization, it’s also important that you want to actively take part in forming Telenor as a software development company.

You have a degree in computer science or other relevant background and have done projects in Java and Python. You have built some modern system integration using REST and have some massive hours in RDBMS database and Linux open source system hacking under your belt. You have no problem deep diving into network protocols, maybe even a secret passion?

It is also a bonus if you have experience working with DevOps and CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), MySQL, TDD and experience building services utilizing message streaming.
