About the job

The BIO in Group HR & Infrastructure provide the system platform for driving the employee journey within Swedbank. We select the best of Cloud based systems and integrate them into a modern, compliant and efficient IT platform for Swedbank employees and managers.

Your role is to ensure stable and high-quality technical deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team.

Our main systems are Oracle HCM Cloud and SABA Cloud. We cover processes such as HR & payroll, compensation, training, performance, development and more. Currently we’re implementing a new recruitment system so hurry up, join us to deliver!

Some activities:

Improving and building an integrated HR system architecture for Swedbank employees;
Drive implementations, draft solutions and plan for future system improvements to make Swedbank a great place to be for our employees;
Focus on high quality deliveries of new development as well as lifecycle handling;
Work close and collaborate with the architect, APO, business analyst, scrum master and other software engineers within and outside the team.
 

What you need to succeed?

As a Software Engineer in our team, we expect you to be a motivated , committed and self-driven person. You have a proven track working with Cloud services and a solid combination of the following competencies:

Above average knowledge and interest in integrations , automation and system development ;
Experience in Java and/or . NET , SQL and more;
Experience in agile ways of working ;
Academic degree in IT, engineering or equivalent;
Fluency in English (verbal and writing).

As a person you are team-oriented and have a good communication skill.
