Experienced Artist

Turborilla is one of Sweden’s leading independent game studios, responsible for the Mad Skills games. These game has nearly 70 Millions downloads, 27 billions races played and at least 6075 years of spent toilet time.
We are looking for a experienced generalist artist with the ability to working with both 2D and 3D. You need to understand both the technical requirements for creating art for mobile games and the important of usability of UIs. You know when it's "good enough" and when there is a need for extra polish. 
In short, you are an experienced artist that have released mobile games.

Responsibilities
Create 2D and 3D assets for mobile games such as characters, vehicles, environment assets and props.
Work with the development team to create UI art from the mockup phase to final production.
Some times work with material/shader creation
Assist producer to estimate and plan art production 
Act as a mentor for more junior artist

Requirements
Expert level understanding of Maya/3D Studio and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of game development process
Fluent in English
Minimum one shipped game

Bonus
Strong skills in 2D concept art
Animation skills
Experience from working with Unity
Fan of motocross or other action sports

The position is full time and the studio is based in Umeå, Sweden, which means relocation would potentially be needed.
