Graphic Designer – B2B Marketing

Looklet is a Stockholm-based B2B technology company that revolutionizes fashion image production for e-commerce. Our unique product deconstructs the traditional photoshoot and rearranges the primary elements with our custom technology-powered photo sets and digital styling software - industrializing and modernizing the process for scale, all while retaining the high quality our renowned retail clients in the US and Europe enjoy.

We are now looking for a hands-on and conceptually strong Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Marketing team in Stockholm on a part-time basis.

Scope of work:

- Website redesign + updates
- Case studies
- Product brochures
- Conference
- Management presentations & keynote speeches
- Development and maintenance of client-facing documents such as model portfolios, manuals, misc. as needed
- Content execution for social media, client demos, pitches & internal documents

Editorial contribution:

- Storylining - translating high-level concepts and outlines from management into powerful documents
- Layouting - creating visually appealing pages in logical structures
- Design - creation of visual content and graphics in line with Looklet’s brand identity

Coordination & administration:

- Project management - Gathering and aligning facts and content from various internal stakeholders
- Maintaining relationships with and coordination of media vendors
- Administration of central team bank of frequently used material

Must haves

- Experience: 4+ years/Intermediate
- Strong aesthetic sense and skill in adapting our brand identity to different contexts
- Extremely sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as part of a cross-functional team
- Proactive and iterative approach to content creation - being used to balancing speed and perfection
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word and Powerpoint), Keynote and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
- Technical proficiency in Wordpress and Mailchimp
- Full professional fluency in English (Swedish optional)

Nice to have

- Experience with B2B marketing material (catalogues, brochures, newsletters)
- Experience working in fashion and/or tech companies
