Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions (TMHLS) is a central development and innovation part of Toyota Material Handling and is located at Frihamnen in Gothenburg. Logistics Solutions develops solutions in automation, telematics, software development and inventory management and has approximately 150 employees.
Toyota Material Handling Europe has a total of approximately 9000 employees in about thirty sales companies, as well as in development and manufacturing units in Sweden, Italy and France. The head office is in Mjölby, where smart solutions for material handling and unique trucks are developed and produced.
Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions (TMHLS) is expanding their customer data analytics team!
As an Operational Data Analyst you will support internal and external customers with reports and analysis of data and their logistics operations. You will work tightly together with our European sales companies and support them in their dialogue with the end customers. It is an operational role that covers the whole delivery process. In addition to the operative process you will also work together with our software development team and take part in continuously developing TMHLS´s offer and way of working.
Core responsibilities
• Manage orders from the market companies
• Produce decision material based on given report templates
• Analyze reports to find deviations and improvement potential
• Actively develop the way-of-working to deliver maximum customer value
• Communicate findings and give advice
• Maintain a good dialogue with internal representatives from different markets
Work placement is at TMHLS´s new modern office space at Frihamnen in Göteborg. You will be part of a group with creative, ambitions and positive colleagues and you will report to Support Manager Telematics.
Requirements
• A relevant higher education (for example in computer sciences or engineering)
• At least three years of relevant work experience
• High computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point etc.)
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken as well as written. Additional language skills are qualifying
• Knowledge and experience from programming, mathematical statistics, etc. is qualifying (Python, R, Power BI, .Net)
• Experience from warehouse logistics (production, forklifts) is qualifying

As a person you are well structured, thorough and good with numbers. You are also service oriented, efficient and quick to deliver. You enjoy looking for clues in data and have an outstanding ability to see the connection between abstract graphs and real-life operations.
