Join us as a Software Integration Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Västerås, Sweden.

As a Software Integration Engineer you will be responsible to apply the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software and systems to fulfil the stakeholder requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble software and/or hardware items through all levels up to form a complete subsystem according to the architectural and design specifications;

• Deliver the final generic software system to ensure the finalization of the Project on time;

• Establish and maintain the integrity of work products using configuration identification, control and status accounting;

• Deliver the software design area in a structured and timely manner fulfilling all requirements;

• Transform specified designs into a well working physical realization;

• Analyse and transform specified requirements into detailed design solutions which have the required safety integrity level;

• Examine and judge whether the output of a specific development phase fulfils respective requirements, mostly document reviews;

• Ensures proper documentation during all project phases;

• Build and maintain continuous infrastructure to build software followed by automated testing.

Qualifications

Key requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience within software development;

• Knowledge of programming skills minimum in Python, batch scripting;

• Experience with SCRUM and Agile is desirable;

• Performance of a complete life cycle of product or application development in minimum in 1 project represents a plus;

• Good communication skills, flexibility, driven for results;

• Fluency in English, Swedish is desirable.
