Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. As autonomous transport solutions are a part of Scania´s future we are ramping up to meet challenges ahead.

We are looking for a developer for redundant brake system for autonomous vehicles. In this position you will be a part of our team Brake Function. We are involved from concept development to realisation, including testing and verification in vehicle. Our responsibilities cover functions that play a significant role in safety, stability , driveability and brake performance.

What you will do

You will contribute to develop redundant brake system for autonomous driving. This involves defining requirements, programming, testing in vehicle and rig as well as making safety analysis.

We are looking for you with at least intermediate skills in C-programming, and advanced skills in Matlab and Simulink. In our team we work closely together and senior developers will be able to provide good support in technical issues.

Contact with suppliers is common and cooperation cross-functional within Scania takes place on daily basis.
