In the role as Solution Architect/Designer CRM you will develop and help E.ON to push technology forward and change how our customers use, explore and interact with information and one another. At E.ON, we are going through an exciting phase where we have changed our working methods and organization recently, so it is not always clear how a task is to be solved. Sometimes it is required that you on your own find your way forward, therefore it is important to have an easy way to communicate both in Swedish and English. You will be a problem solver with technical IT expertise to design/develop systems to resolve business requirements.
Being Solution Architect/Designer CRM also includes:
* work in one or more committed teams with both development, support and maintenance.
* responsible for the technical solution, act as a developer and at the same time act as a leader of the developers in your team.
* key resource who makes important decisions in architecture within development, technology and integration
* represent your team in different forums

To help the unit reach its goals we think you have passion for customer relations and that you love to communicate with people across cultural and organizational boundaries. To be successful in the role you have CRM competence with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and you also have hans-on experience of integrating Dynamics CRM with existing plugins. You are a team player who is committed to your work and are always curious to learn new things.
We would like you to have experience of:
* Dynamics CRM/365 customization and configuration
* Dynamics Web API
* Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics CRM with existing plugins
You may also have knowledge about:
* C# .NET, ASP.NET, WCF
* MS SQL Server
