We're looking for an experienced Frontend developer (Angular, HTML and CSS) who wants to build the new portal for employees in Retail banking. The potential to expand into Backend development (Java) is also available for interested applicants. We want your drive and passion for technical challenges to be your guiding star.

As a Frontend developer in our team you will work with both maintenance and development of both large and small projects.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team.
Proactively reduce the technical debts.
Decide on how to build the solution within architecture frames.
Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems.
Continuously update existing documentation for the services.
Participate and follow maintenance processes (incident, problem, event as applicable).
Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software.
Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working.
Design new tests, improve existent ones and execute tests (unit, security, performance etc.) in order to secure needed quality of the delivered software and IT service.
What you need to succeed Academic degree in engineering, computer science or any other relevant discipline is a criteria to take on this role. To succeed you need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.

Technical skills to be successful in this role:

Frontend/Web (Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, JQuery, JSP, JSF)
Integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JMS/MQ
Java EE
Development tools such as WebSphere, Git, Jenkins, Node, Bitbucket, WebStorm
Test framework like Junit, karma
Knowledge of all skills above are not mandatory, there is potential to develop in the role.

Beside above competences and experience the role also requires being able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech, being a Swedish speaker is a huge advantage. We also think you also have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives, you can take on responsibilities and be self-motivated and we think you are a strong team player.
