Team oriented software developer for Fighter Radar

Your role

You will be a part of a cross functional team who together organise and execute their work. The team is responsible for design, implementation and test of the software. As a team member you have much influence on our products and technical solutions as well as our ways of working.

The world is changing and our radar systems must follow. The amount of software and its complexity is rapidly increasing in our products. We need to be both smarter and faster in our problem solving. We hope that you are one of our key designers when it comes to taking our products to the next level.

In short, your tasks will be, together with your team:

* Handle break down of requirements
* Development of application software (signal processing, target tracking, radar control)
* Verification of the software
* Delivery of the software
* Handle feedback from the application user
* Communicate with stakeholders such as system engineers, integration engeinners, other sub-system developers etc.
* Activley participate in team meetings such as sprint planning, daily scrum and retrospective

Required skills/experience:

* Experience from software development
* You like working both in teams and independent
* Good communication skills in speaking and writing (Swedish and English)
* Bachelor's degree within Science/Engineering/Technology, within computer science, engineering physics or equivalent

Good-to-have skills/experience:

* Master's degree within Science/Engineering/Technology, within computer science, engineering physics or equivalent
* Experience of target tracking
* Good knowledge of object oriented programming (for exampel C++)
* Good knowledge of Java
* Experience from Scrum, GIT and Jira

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
