Senior .NET Developer

L&T Infotech is currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-8 years hands on .NET development experience. Should be adept at developing complex multi-tier applications and have demonstrable experience working with key .NET technologies (3.5-4.5) to build robust and scalable web based business applications. A particular emphasis for this role is on the front end (UI & presentation layer). It is therefore imperative that candidates are able to demonstrate their experience in building web based applications using C# with ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript (including JQuery and Bootstrap) and WCF. The successful candidate will also be involved with middle and back ends so experience with developing multi-tier applications and knowledge of database systems, especially Microsoft SQL Server will be necessary.

Required Skills

- Proven experience developing robust and scalable multi tier applications using C# under the .NET Framework (3.5 & 4.5)
- Extensive experience writing the front end for web based applications using MVC, ASP.NET (3.5 & 4.5), JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, JQuery etc.
- Full rich, data driven, End-User and Administration Web application development.
- Proven experience with WCF, XML, XSLT. Demonstrable understanding of the core techniques and functionality within the .NET Framework (LINQ, Generics, Unity, MEF).
- Experience in the design and development of application frameworks that are capable of supporting multiple front ends ? for example, WebForms / browser-based and Web API .
- Experience developing data-centric applications based around Microsoft SQL Server or similar, with a commensurate knowledge of SQL/T-SQL.
- Proven experience in process-oriented methodologies (e.g. AGILE/Scrum and Waterfall).
- Appreciation of Task/work package maintenance in order to support burn-down charts and other progress tracking mechanisms, in team systems such as MS Team Foundation Server.
