IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

In this transformation we have started the journey to become more digitalized within the company. This is a challenging and very exciting journey not least for the business we are supporting, the Financial area. Are you interested to be a part of the development of one of our business’s most important system?
We are responsible for supporting and enabling Scania’s accounting process and developing a new financial model system. The team now needs another communicative strong team player to reach our goals.

Your role
We can offer you a role as a member of a diverse & collaborative development team where you will be working with a principal focus on development deliverables, system requirements, testing, support and release management. You will adopt an agile approach to work, with technical variation and close cooperation with business and product owner.

Your profile
We believe you are a senior .Net developer with 5+ years of work experience. You have a university degree in the IT-field. You are a person with a positive mindset that thinks nothing is impossible and we can climb mountains together. You contribute to the team with engagement to your work with high energy, creativity and professionalism. You value working in small teams that applies the agile/lean approach to development work and to deliver high-quality clean code.

In order to succeed we think you have experience of:
• .NET Core
• .NET/C#
• Development using relational databases, e.g. SQL server or MySQL
• Entity Framework
• AWS and cloud development
• REST API
• Angular 2/Typescript
• TDD
• CI/CD
• DevOps

It is meritorious if you have worked within the financial area before.
