Northab is looking for Technical Support Specialist for one of our custromer
Common work tasks:
- Communicate to the customer
- Verify and describe bugs/requests from Customer
- Update KB according to findings
- Upholding SLA
- Improve our internal processes by being agile
- Engage Product development in solving customer issues
Must-haves competence/experience:
- 3+ years experience within support
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluency in English
- Good at cooperative work
- Driven, can take a task all the way across the finish line
Important competence/experience:
- Zendesk
- SQL
- Office 365
- AWS
- Azure DevOps
