Ericsson Product Public Key Infrastructure (EPPKI) is providing PKI based product security assurance services for the Ericsson product portfolio. Due to constantly increasing needs for both software and hardware product security integrity and authenticity, we are expanding our operations.

We are now looking for a Senior Application Operations Engineer to maintain EPPKI applications, such as the Software Signing Services, for Ericsson product portfolio. You will work in EPPKI team in Stockholm/Sweden, with close cooperation with our colleagues in Kirkkonummi/Finland. Your main responsibility is to do regular ticket review, root cause analysis and participation to incident response. Additional responsibilities are maintenance and deployment of changes for java-based applications. Also, you will participate to onboarding of new team members.

Characteristics of Ideal Candidate (not all are expected):

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Good English knowledge (oral and written)
• Team player, Self-starter and ability to work in a security-focused environment
• Application support experience and IT skills, in particularTroubleshooting of Java based applications and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience on resolving Identity Management, access control and related issues
• Experience on virtualized environments

Knowledge/experience in the following areas are an advantage:

• Competence around Software Signing and Public Key Infrastructure, PKI
• Public Key Infrastructure and related processes, X.509 certificates
• Operating Systems – Linux (Red Hat based distributions)
• Java web application servers (Tomcat, Jboss, WildFly etc.)
• Scripting (Bash, Python, Java, etc)
• VMware products
• 24/7 On-Call support
• Network and Information Security - risks, threats and vulnerabilities

Approved security clearance is required for the position and will be carried out for the selected applicant (Security Clearance Act 726/2014).
