Experienced Pega Senior System Architect

We are hiring an experienced Pega Senior System Architect who wants to be a part of our journey of increased process automation based on the Pega platform.

Your role:

As an experienced Senior System Architect, you will be working in an Agile team, which includes both business and IT developers. Together with the team you will be responsible for the development of processes automation within the Lending area based upon the Pega platform. You will be handling the implementation of new processes and change the existing ones. We work closely together with business as well as operations and we are striving for a DevOps culture with automated release processes and a high level of test automation.

Skills & Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you need to be inquisitive, sharp and appreciate to work in a diversified group. You would describe yourself as analytic and have an ability to see where improvement is needed. You are solution oriented and focused on what brings most benefit to our customers. You have worked in the area for a significant amount of time and you have no problem being a mentor and support junior team members.

Your Background:

We are looking for a co-worker with knowledge and experience from process- and system development, with a passion for architecture and customer value. We want you to have a college or university degree within system- or computer science. Hopefully you already live in Sweden and you have been working as a Senior System Architect for several years.

To be successful in this role we believe you have the following skills:

• Pega – expert in system architecture with a background in Java programming
• Several years of experience from analysis, design and application development
• Knowledge in software development – configuration, test, troubleshooting, implementation and support in process driven applications
• Knowledge in various technologies such as J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Tomcat and MS/SQL

We would also like you to have following experiences:

• Experience in Agile/SAFe/Scrum methods
• Experience from financial systems
• Swedish and/or English in speech and writing
