Site Reliability Engineer

Star Stable is growing, and with an increasing complexity in our development infrastructure, we’re now in the need of a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our tech/ops team. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to have a huge impact on our organization and the building of our new serverless infrastructure.

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Star Stable you will:
- Together with the team, contribute with expertise and solutions on how to build a modern game platform using serverless technology (AWS)
- Work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with our developers and data analysts across the organization
- Explore new technologies while troubleshooting and monitoring the software and infrastructure
- Take part in a collaborative team where we frequently do pair- and mob programming - and a fair amount of fika too!

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 3+ years of experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps or Cloud Architect
- Gets encouraged and motivated by change
- Has deep knowledge in cloud services (preferably AWS)
- Has experience building serverless infrastructure
- Is passionate about exploring new technologies
- Has experience with Python

It’s considered a plus if you also have:

- Experience with Linux environments
- Database knowledge (e.g. SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience with our tech-stack including CDK, Terraform and Salt
