The Role

PrimeKey is looking for a Full-Stack Developer that has a passion for UX/UI design. We belive that by having a solid understanding of both the frontend and backend you will be able to take the user experience of our products to the next level creating modern, professional and user-friendly interfaces. We believe that you have at least a couple of years’ experience as a Full-stack developer and are now willing to take the next step and take full responsibility for the frontend and the user experience of current and future products: EJBCA Enterprise, SignServer Enterprise and PrimeKey PKI Appliance. We live and breathe RSA, X.509, Open Source and hardware security (HSM). If you have experience or interest in this area, it will be meriting. More important for us, however, is to find someone who is just bursting with talent.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement user interfaces and interactions for our products.

• Gather requirements and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders

• Work closely with our agile development teams to ensure proper implementation

• Be the UI/UX spokesperson and competence leader in our agile teams

Background and Personal Qualities

You hold a M.Sc. or B.SC in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent.

To be successful in this role you are most likely comfortable in:

· Working with both frontend and backend.

· Development in Java and Java web GUIs with JSF in layered enterprise applications.

· Working with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and related frameworks.

· Making modern, professional and easy-to-use GUIs.

· Creating concepts and mockup user interfaces to be able to get fast feedback from stakeholders

· Curious and open, drive to test new things, be on the leading edge technically.

It will also be advantageous if you have basic understanding and general knowledge of IT-security, PKI, open source software, databases and the likes.
