Description

The Client has started a journey to modernize the critical legacy system from an old to a new platform. One major part in this work is to migrate from the current Oracle RDB database to a postgeSQL database and it is within that work this role is needed.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- 7+ years experience of system development back-end with experience from C++ and Pascal
- Experience from database migration, in our case from OpenVMS to PostgreSQL.
- Experience from working in an agile team according to Scrum methodology
- You are experienced in and motivated by working with all aspects from development to operations and support during go-live.
- Experience of Web services
- Experience of Jira and Confluence as change management tools
- Experience of Git as source code management tool
- Experience of JSON RPC 2.0 and SOAP

Preferred personal qualities:

As a person you are eager to learn, happy to share your knowledge and able to efficiently communicate with other development related roles in a cross functional team.
